The program was established by the Government of Hungary for those who belong to the Hungarian diaspora living outside the European Union, Serbia and Transcarpathia and wish to study at a Hungarian higher education institution. The scholarship program offers more than 1,500 programs from 30 Hungarian higher education institutions.
